Winter Weather Alert for Friday, January 10, 2025
The forecast calls for snow starting late Friday afternoon, January 10, 2025. We have scheduled to pretreat the SHR roads in critical areas with ice-melt Friday morning. The temperatures are expected to be below freezing overnight with sleet/ snow accumulating from possibly less than 1 inch to up to 4 inches, depending on temperatures during the precipitation. It is expected to warm up Saturday to above freezing so hopefully the roads will clear themselves. Please plan for the worst-case scenario. Thank you.
