Q3 assessments of $270 are due July 1. Any property owner with a balance on their account including the Q3 assessment should have received a paper statement via USPS. If you did not, please check your mailing address in the CMG portal at: portal.mycmg.com/login. Contact Cedar Management at (877) 252-3327 to update your profile information.
Payments may be made online with credit cards or bank draft. Auto/recurring payments can be set up with no processing fees, but only using a bank draft. If you are on autopay, unfortunately this is no longer indicated on your statement.
