Pool Opens on 5/18/2024

We have great news to share! Our pool passed the Davidson County Board of Inspection for 2024 and will be ready for swimmers on Saturday, May 18th at 10AM. While we can’t guarantee the water temperature or the weather on opening day, the open pool certainly invites summertime fun.

Key things to know before you jump in!

Pool Hours:

Weekends Prior to Memorial Day: 10AM – Sunset

Weekdays Prior to Memorial Day: Noon – Sunset

Memorial Day through Labor Day: 10AM – Sunset

All Days After Labor Day until Pool Closure: Noon – Sunset

Hot Tub Hours: Same as Pool Hours above. Adults ONLY after 7PM – Sunset when open.

There is NO Life Guard on duty at any time. Swim at your own risk.

Who May Use:

  • Any Property Owner in good standing with their resident family members may use the pool /hot tub during posted open hours; access granted via a pool fob.
  • Property Owners (1 per property) may have up to four (4) Guests per visit. (Non-resident grandchildren are considered to be Guests.)
  • An owner (at least 16 years old) must remain with Guests while at the pool.
  • Anyone under 16 years of age must be accompanied and monitored by their parent, grandparent or legal guardian when using the pool.
  • Hot tub is NOT a kiddie pool. Use of the hot tub is limited to persons 12 years of age or older.
  • The hot tub is reserved for adults (18+ years old) in the evenings from 7PM to Sunset.

How to Access the Pool:

You must have a pool fob (separate from your entrance gate card) to use the pool/hot tub. The fob provides entry, exit and access to the pool’s restrooms. One fob per Property may be issued. Don’t have one? Get one.

No eating or drinking while in the pool. Clean up before you leave. Use trash bins or take your trash with you.
